Shipping& Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Belgium: DHL/ fedex takes 2-5 business days from the moment it is shipped. Netherlands: PostNL takes 2-5 business days from the moment it is shipped.
Currently we do not ship outside the European union.

All orders are shipped with DHL,bpost, fedexx or PostNL for the moment. They usually operate between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Engelen-Heere is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We take care when packing every order, however accidents happen. Should you receive a broken item, please send a picture and message detailing the damage to Either a refund or replacement will be issued.

Refund Policy

We gladly accept cancellations
Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
You can do so by sending us an email with your order number.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges
Due to the nature of EH products, we aren’t able to accept returns and exchanges.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

If an item arrives broken, please send us a picture, and we will either provide you with a refund or replacement.

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation.
You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
